CONTROL ALL EMAIL ACCOUNTS USING GMAIL

In this world, most of us have more than one emails (google,yahoo,hotmail,live etc) . Checking them daily becomes very hectic and someday will come when you stop using one or other mail accounts.But after reading this post,you will never face such a problem.Here we will discuss how you can send or recieve mail from your all mail acounts via one mail account (which is none other than google).After configuring it, while sending the mail you will be asked to send mail as EmailAddress1 or EmailAddress2 or EmailAddress3,as shown below==>

The  other accounts may be of any domain ( like yahoo,rediff,hotmail and can be google itself also )To do it just  follow  the steps.
step –1 ] Sign in to your gmail account.
step –2 ] Click on SETTINGS ( most probbely loacted at right hand corner )
step –3 ] Then click ACCOUNTS AND IMPORT ( most probabely third tab under settings )
step –4 ] Then click SEND MAIL FROM ANOTHER ADDRESS.
step –5 ] A new would have been popped up. Fill Your naick name and email address ( which you want to integrate with google ) and cick NEXT
step –6 ] Then select SEND THROUGH GMAIL (which has a great advantage explained at the end) and click NEXT STEP.
step –7 ] Then again click on send verification.
step –8 ]Now a mail will be recieved by you in your other email address.just verify that other mail-address is yours
step –9 ]After verifiaction compose a mail in your gmail account and see the difference. it will ask you that send from which email address.

Now how to get mails of all other accounts into one account.=>

Gmail login >> SETTINGS >> ACCOUNTS AND IMPORT >>ADD pop3 email account

Or the other way is to go to the other email id domain=>go to their settings or options and search for some sub-topic like mail forwarding or pop forwarding .From here you can forward your mails to any other mail server.

Now follow the steps and you are ready to send and recieve emails from all your other accounts.


ADVANTAGE OF USING SEND THROUGH GMAIL IN STEP –6 =>
Generally all mail servers( ( yahoo,hotmail etc.) send your current ip_address along with the mail.which can then be used by reciever for malicios pueposes.But google has a unique policy of not sending the ip_address along the mail. which safe a user from being hacked.

This technique can also be used as a backdoor by the HACKERS !!!!!!!!
